The senior actor and director Pradeep Shakti alias Raja Vasi Reddy who is known for his impeccable negative roles in the movies of 1980’s passed away in New York. He was suffering from illness from past few years. He was 60 years and breathed his last yesterday but finally he is died due to cardiac arrest on Saturday.
He was born as Raja Vasi Reddy in Guntur and migrated to USA in late 1990’s. He was settled in New Jersey with the popular chain of restaurants named Baba Hut. Pradeep was survived by his wife. His popular movies are Ladies Tailor, April 1 Vidudala, Nayakan & Guna, Chettu Kinda Pleader, Aalaapana..
His last movie was Sai Dharam Tej starrer ‘Subramanyam for Sale’ which was directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju. Pradeep also directed the movie ‘Kaliyuga Vishwamitra’ in 1990.
